My name is Aaliyah Wilson and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am able to provide individual, couples, and family therapy for adults, teens, and children 5+. My favorite therapy cliché is “You cannot pour from an empty cup.” In life it seems we are always pouring time and energy into other people and situations. Some of us forget how to slow down, refill our own cup, and allow others to pour into it as well. My goal is to help you become mindful about yourself and how that affects how you are currently navigating life. As we work together, we can find where changes can be made for the better. My areas of interest are depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, life transition issues, racial identity, women’s issues, family conflict, school issues and PTSD.

My journey to become a therapist started as a social worker, to ignite change and to help others with social work skills and services.  I started my social work and mental health career within the school district helping students and families. After serving in a school social work role in the local school district for two years, I am now seeing individuals and family for therapy. I believe that each person needs a safe space to feel their feelings and to have a trusted person they can speak with, I hope to be that for you!

Given the proper tools and resources I believe that we can all improve on the situations we would like to see change within our own lives. I offer therapy sessions for child and adolescent counseling, life changes, depression, anxiety, couples and family counseling, parenting support, work and career issues.

I would love to get to know you and accompany you on your therapy journey! Each family and individual is unique and deserves a personalized approach on their own journey!

As a practicing therapist, I have worked with a wide range of ages, with a wide range of mental health struggles.  I am providing individual, couples, and family therapy. Charlie White

Charlie White, LCSWA

Hello! I’m Charlie White, LCSWA. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable being yourself, which is why I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. I’ve always had a desire to help others and enjoy working alongside my clients as they move toward the goals that matter most to them. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to face it alone.

I work with teens, adolescents, adults, individuals, and families, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with person-centered therapy, allowing us to explore unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, and focus on your strengths while honoring your individual experiences. I see therapy as a collaborative process—we’ll work together to identify obstacles, celebrate progress, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My style is compassionate, laid-back, and direct when needed. I believe growth doesn’t have to happen in a rigid environment, and I value creating a therapeutic relationship where honesty, trust, and even laughter can be part of the healing process. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but reaching out is an investment in yourself and your well-being. I look forward to partnering with you as you build resilience, gain insight, and create the life you want to live.
