What forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer credit cards, but will accept checks.  It is our policy to keep credit cards on file to cover copays or missed appointments.

What forms of insurance do you accept?

Each of our therapists accept different types of insurance.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We have a 24 hour policy in place if you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please call (704) 659-4707 to do so. This allows us to fill your spot from our call back list. Appointments not canceled in this timeframe will be charged $50 and “no shows” will be charged $75.00.

Is your office wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, no. We are on the second floor and the building has no elevator.
